I am writing to strongly recommend Easy Installations. We needed to refresh and re-fit two bathrooms. I did careful research online – and asked three companies to quote. A plumbing company quoted a very high price – and made some odd recommendations concerning the work that needed doing. A second specialist bathroom fitter quoted a more reasonable price – but wanted us to source and supply all the new fixtures and fittings ourselves. Tom from Easy Installations provided the most well thought out quote – which was also the most reasonably priced. The Easy Installation team led by Josh then project managed the whole process, sourcing the items I had chosen – and recommending alternative products which they thought (correctly as it turned out) would work better. The main body of the installation work was carried out by Andre, who was utterly brilliant. He was exceptionally conscientious. He also worked out that with a bit of effort, a large chunk of pipework could be concealed beneath the floor in our en suite shower room. This meant that the shower tray could be fitted directly to the floor, rather than having an unsightly step up – and provided a much cleaner and neater appearance to the room overall. Andre also fitted tiles and installed wall mounted bath taps in ways that the other companies had suggested were too difficult. In a nutshell, the Easy Installation team were incredibly professional and dedicated to providing the best possible service. Nothing was too much trouble – and the price was very reasonable. My family are absolutely thrilled with the results. I can well understand why they get such positive reviews. I rarely write reviews like this – but I am making an exception in this case!

I could not recommend Easy Installations enough!They did a superb job of transforming our bathroom over Christmas and really listened and took into account our design ideas and specifications.Tom was who initially dealt with us and his professionalism is second to none. He really listened to the brief and was excited for us which sold the company to us.Josh was the PM and was really easy to contact and kept us informed throughout.We had 2 amazing fitters Alex A and Alex B who both worked tirelessly to get the job done. They have excellent attention to detail and did not finish until the rooms were perfect and for this I really do thank them for their work. Also a huge thank you to Alex B who gave up most of his Christmas Eve to get the bathroom to a usable state before we had guests coming over, this did not go unnoticed and we really do appreciate it!If you want good, honest people who listen to your ideas and are happy to work with you then definitely use Easy Installations. Great experience with Josh and his team on fully renovating our bathrooms. Couldn't recommend them more! It was the first time doing any house work for me and I could not be more pleased with the experience. They took care of everything from design, to suggesting and supplying products and doing the work quickly and professionally. Communication was timely and clear, and Josh was always there to answer any questions, so I felt I could really trust him and the team with everything. To start, Josh took measurements and Erin reached out to ask for our vision and delivered designs according to what we expressed after just a couple of days. The quotes we got were more detailed and clear than any other we'd received, including all details about the products we could use, selected by them, but of course also making it very easy to change anything we wanted and give feedback along the way. They were also ready to start work very quickly and we were done with the full redo of our bathroom, cloakroom and shower room in less then a month. Frankie and Lewis, who did most of our work, were diligent, helpful, friendly and minded all the details. The work was done to a very high standard and they even came to do some minor touch-ups we noticed, with no fuss after the work was done.

Hi I’m Josh I live in Kent with my wife and three daughters.

I’ve been a bathroom fitter all my life!

I started Easy Installations in August 2021 as I could see that the ‘standard’ way of installing bathrooms was not serving the customer the way I wanted to.

I set out to change that…and I succeeded!!

Fast forward to today and we’ve installed hundreds of bathrooms for people all round Kent.

A: We LOVE helping our customers design their dream bathroom ❤️ Erin (our head of design) will work closely with you to make sure everything is spot on. Ultimately the choice is yours but we are happy to advise and guide until you’re comfortable. And if that wasn’t cool enough, our awesome design team doesn’t cost you a penny!

Q: Will I be able to live in my house whilst you're carrying out the work?

A: Yes you will. We provide a porter toilet for you and your family at no extra charge if you only have one toilet in your home and make sure that the mains water is reconnected for you to use to drink.

Q: Do you offer finance?

A: Unfortunately we don’t offer finance at this time. Sorry for any inconvenience and we are currently looking into working with a finance partner.

Q: Are you fully Insured?

A: Yes, we have £2,000,000 public liability cover.

Q: Do you offer any warranty?

A: We sure do! In addition to the materials cover provided by the manufacturers our work comes with an industry leading 10 YEAR warranty at no extra cost (including the labour to fit any deficient parts in that 10 year period!), so you can feel safe and secure knowing you’re getting quality delivered every time.

Q: Do you dispose of waste after the job is done?

A: Yes all associated waste will be cleared from site within 48 hours.

Q: Can I get cheaper prices on bathroom suites if you buy it for me?

A: Yes, absolutely! We enjoy significant trade discount on many product ranges. The likelihood that you could find the same suite cheaper as a member of the public is not very high. We’re more than happy to work with you to help you order your suite.
